The first beach is located directly on the right side of the Villa, which gives you the possibility to start the day with a refreshing swim directly at the footsteps of your house doors.
The main pebble beach is situated only a short walk away (500m), where you may find all the centres for water sports activities.
10 kilometres from Orebic is located town Viganj which is due to the wind well-known place among wind- and kite-surfers. Here you can enjoy or learn these interesting wind-orientated sports activities or you can simply lie on the beach, enjoy and observe wind- and kite-surfers in action.
Another wonderful sandy beach – Trstenica – lies only 15 min away, on the eastern side of Orebic town. Here you can enjoy a nice refreshing cocktail under a perfect natural shade of pine trees.
The Villa is situated directly in the town of Orebic, where you may find an ATM machine, supermarket, pharmacy, a doctor, paediatrician and a dentist.
Loviste village is situated in a beautiful and peaceful bay, only 15 min from Orebic away. Here you may find one of the most authentic restaurants in Dalmatia – konoba “Barca”, which isn't only known for its seafood delicacies (lobster, shrimps, fresh fish), but especially for the ecological production of all vegetables and fruit that come on your table.
Korcula Island has a charming medieval Venetian town, also named »little Dubrovnik« because of the resemblance of the Dubrovnik town, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Europe - Croatia.
Along Peljesac peninsula famous vineyards are located and on the other side of the peninsula lies the town of Ston, where the peninsula is joined with the mainland. Peljesac offers ideal conditions for sailing, mountain walking, climbing on Sv. Ilija mountain (936 m altitude), cycling, kiting, windsurfing and fishing.
You can hike (3-4 h walk) to the top of Mount Saint Iliya (961m) that provides wonderful views of the Peninsula and Korcula Island – but do take your trekking shoes with you!
The protected sea area, which has shelter from Korcula Island on one side and from the peninsula itself on the other side, creates with its daily summer wind Maestral the perfect conditions for water sports.

Located in charming Orebic town on Peljesac Peninsula, this 4 bedroom Villa is a perfect choice for one or two family or larger group of friends.
This beachhouse is situated on the beach and features 4 separated bedrooms, two of them being ensuite and two more bathrooms. Four in total. House is air-conditioned.
The house has ground floor terrace, where you can enjoy romantic dinners and morning coffees.
Have a perfect rest on cozy matrasses and lovely Mediterranean details.
The kitchen is fully featured and will turn your cooking into a real delight when on holiday. Besides a modern design, there is also a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, stove, big fridge (2m), kitchen plate with 4 gas cookers, oven with air circulation. Next to the kitchen you may find the living room with cozy couches and SAT-TV.
There is also washing machine in the bathroom.
There are two parking spaces available that are located 300 m from the villa and are completely free of charge. You can’t park in front of the Villa as no one can’t park free in the town Orebic. But you will be able to come to the villa with your car and unpack and then your host will show you parking lot.

We have personally visited, tested and fallen in love with each of our house. Inclusion to our selection can’t be bought. At least one member of our team spent a few nights in all our villas, so we know every owner by its first name as well as the name of their children.

Who will organize not only your holiday home and desired period, but also arrange for the boat rental, transfer, give you information of where the best restaurant in the city is, where the first hospital is and how to reach an island in combination with specific flight details.
What we tell you is 100% true. We hate making things look better. If you have small children and you want to make a reservation for a villa that has rocky beach in front of it, we will tell you that it is not ideal for the toddlers.
