Located in the heart of Viganj, this boutique hotel boasts a prime beachfront position. It is nestled in a bay that seems frozen in the 17th century, with landmarks like the Church Gospa od Rozarije, a Dominican monastery, and historic captain’s houses. The left end of the bay is lively with water and wind-related sports, while the right end offers a tranquil retreat for those seeking peace.
A small market with essentials and an ATM is just behind the hotel. Nearby, a pier offers taxi boat services to the medieval town of Korcula three times daily. Korcula, often called "little Dubrovnik," is renowned for its charming medieval Venetian architecture. The pier is also a hub for fishermen after the full moon, where you can buy fresh catch directly from the Adriatic Sea.
Across from the hotel, you'll find a local travel agency and a souvenir shop in an old Dominican monastery, offering handcrafted items and some exhibits.
Viganj is a haven for sea sports enthusiasts. A 10-minute walk down the main road brings you to Ponta Beach, the epicenter of sports activities, including a windsurfing and kitesurfing school. If the wind is calm, rent a SUP board or kayak, or relax in the chill-out area.
Closer to the hotel are shops, restaurants, and bars. Beach bar Chiringito is highly recommended for its delicious bruschettas, roasted squid, and beefsteak with garden rocket.

Orebic, a 10-minute drive from Viganj, offers comprehensive amenities, including a pharmacy, medical services, a gas station, and a large supermarket. The sandy beach Trstenica in Orebic offers water sports, a floating aqua park, and a semi-submarine for underwater exploration.
Loviste village, 15 minutes from Viganj, features one of the finest local restaurants, Barsa, known for its seafood specialties. The Peljesac Peninsula is famous for its vineyards, hiking, biking, and windsurfing.

This charming luxury boutique hotel stands literally in the sea, allowing you to jump from the terrace into the water. The building, over a century old, was a post office before being transformed into a hotel. Renovated between 2013 and 2018, it combines modern style with maritime heritage.
The renovation preserved the historic charm while adding modern touches, with local white stone used for the outside walls, pathways, and terraces. The terrace features a saltwater pool just 4 meters from the sea, separated by a stylish glass fence. Guests can relax on deckchairs enjoying the sound of the waves and stunning sunsets—an everyday ritual at Heritage Boutique Hotel Viganj. The hotel also offers a practically private beach with a stainless steel ladder for easy access to the water, and a small pebble beach ideal for children is just 50 meters to the right.
There are two covered terraces by the pool for relaxation and refreshments. One terrace can be enclosed in case of bad weather or strong wind.
Inside, the hotel combines modern style with maritime heritage, featuring rocky stone walls and handmade furniture that evoke the famous maritime history of Peljesac. This theme is present throughout the hotel. The ground floor houses the café while the first, second, and third floors contain seven rooms named after local winds.
Breakfast is included in price and served on the terrace or indoors.
On the first floor, the rooms Levanat and Ostro each accommodate two guests with a comfortable double bed and a cozy bathroom. Ostro is the only room with a private balcony offering fantastic views. The third room on this floor, Pulenat, has a double bed and an extendable sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests.
The second floor has a similar layout, with room Lebic for two guests each and room Maestral accommodating up to four guests.
All rooms have private bathrooms, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and LCD SAT TV. Private parking is available for guests next to the hotel.

What we tell you is 100% true. We hate making things look better. If you have small children and you want to make a reservation for a villa that has rocky beach in front of it, we will tell you that it is not ideal for the toddlers.
