The tourist tax is not included in the price, and amounts to an additional EUR 1.33 from 01.04. – 30.09. per person per day, and 0.93 EUR from 01.01.-31.03. and 01.10. - 31.12.
The price of a daily parking ticket (for second car) is EUR 10.00 in the period from 01.05.-30.09., while in the period from 01.01. – 30.04. and 01.10. – 31.12. the price is 5.00 EUR.
Breakfast is EUR 25.00 per person for guests from 6 to 12 years of age is 15.00 EUR for guests under 6 years of age is free.

The beach is 300 m away, but the price includes a buggy transport service to it.
In the resort, there are also three restaurants located on the rooftop of the resort, which besides excellent food, also offer a beautiful view.

What we tell you is 100% true. We hate making things look better. If you have small children and you want to make a reservation for a villa that has rocky beach in front of it, we will tell you that it is not ideal for the toddlers.
